Load setpoint limit in kW
Load setpoint controls unit power output. Adjust from Setpoints screen on the control panel. Refer to OEM manual.
Confirm GCB is closed and the unit is generating load ([Running] state).
On TT4000 / control screen: navigate to GENERATOR or SETPOINTS screen.
Verify active control mode (kW Control, Speed Droop, etc.) in the "Speed/Load Control Mode" box.
Press the SETPOINTS button to open the setpoints window.
Locate the 'kW' or 'Load Setpoint' field. Tap the current value to edit.
Enter the desired load value in kW. MAX LIMIT: 6,400 kW (ISO) — do not exceed.
Press OK to confirm the new setpoint.
Verify the new value appears in the Setpoints window.
Monitor: generator load should move gradually toward the new setpoint.
Record the programmed setpoint, time of change and system condition (kV, Hz, temperature).
